Welcome to the City of Joliet’s Online Service Request system. You can use this tool to ask for City Hall related information or report non-emergency concerns such as overgrown grass violations, street light outages, potholes and more.

All concerns and complaints submitted are reviewed by the Information Services personnel and forwarded to the appropriate City Department for response. Any concerns or complaints submitted after normal business hours will be processed the following business day. City Hall hours of operation are: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (except on observed holidays).

When submitting a request, please be prepared to provide the exact location of the property that is a concern and only one address location per service request is permitted.  All concerns must be located within Joliet City limits.  Please allow for 15 business days for initial review of your Service Request by City staff.  Some requests may take longer due to the complexity of the issue or multi-departmental involvement.  For follow up purposes please make note of your Service Request number at the time you submit your request.   For best results please fill in your contact information, so that you may be contacted if further information is needed. Please be advised that a submitter also has the option to remain anonymous at the time of submission by checking the appropriate box on the Service Request form before final submission. Please be advised that If this option is chosen the City has no way of following up with the requester if further information is needed. To follow up with your Service Request please contact the City Hall Information Desk at 815-724-4000.  City Hall hours of operation are:  Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (except on observed holidays).

PLEASE NOTE OUR ONLINE SERVICE REQUEST SYSTEM IS NOT MONITORED 24-HOURS A DAY. IF THIS IN AN EMERGENCY, PLEASE CALL 911. If immediate assistance is needed during non-business hours, call the Joliet Police Department non-emergency number at 815-726-2491.
